Returning Items in Good Condition
The product was not in use, its consumer properties, presentation, packaging and documentation were preserved.
Goods purchased in both retail stores and online stores can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The return of goods purchased in the GEORGE KINI online store is carried out at the pick-up point or by sending them to the company's office.
To return the product, contact our managers by phone 8 (800) 500-33-34 or e-mail info@georgekini.com and inform us about the decision to return the product. When exchanging or returning, you must have the product with you in full, a passport and a return application.
To return it, you must send it by the courier company SDEK or bring the product in full configuration to the address Moscow, Aptekarsky lane, house.4, office 306, Time and Technologies LLC.
After sending, be sure to send the number of the postal identifier to the email: info@georgekini.com .
When we receive your parcel, the manager will contact you and clarify further actions.
Attention, if you return the product because you did not like it or did not fit, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returning Defective Items

During the warranty period, the exchange or refund of money for goods purchased in our stores is carried out in all cases falling under the law "On Consumer Protection" (Articles 18-24).
Applications for refund and exchange are considered within 10 calendar days from the date of contacting by e-mail info@georgekini.com .
During this period, you will be asked to diagnose the defect yourself at the service center, or send the watch to us for subsequent transfer to the service center if there is no specialized service in your city.
Product diagnostics by the service center takes an average of 14 calendar days.
If the service center attributed the claimed defect to a factory defect, we will refund the cost of the product or replace it with a product of the same brand (model, article) or the same product of another brand (model, article) with an appropriate recalculation of the price, taking into account the money you spent for shipment. If the claimed defect is not confirmed as a factory defect, but improper operation of the product takes place, our manager or the manager of the service center will contact you and inform you of the cost of repair, after which you will decide on further actions. In this case, the amount of money you spent for the shipment will not be refunded!
In addition, a return and exchange of watches is possible if:
the service center tries to repair your watch within 45 days, but eventually issues an official conclusion that this cannot be done;
during each year of the warranty period, the watch repeatedly got to the service center and stayed there for at least 30 days in total, and you there are corresponding entries in the warranty card.

Please note that we resolve any issues regarding the return and exchange of goods of improper quality ONLY if there is an official conclusion from the warranty service center.
