3.1.2. In the event that the subject of personal data revokes consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator may continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in the Personal Data Law.
3.1.3. To independently determine the composition and scope of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the obligations stipulated in the Personal Data Law and the regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws.
3.2. Obligations of the Operator:
3.2.1. To provide the subject of personal data, upon request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data.
3.2.2. To organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedures established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2.3. To respond to requests and inquiries from subjects of personal data and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law.

3.2.7. To cease the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, cease processing, and destroy personal data in accordance with the procedures and in the cases stipulated by the Personal Data Law.
3.2.8. To fulfill other obligations stipulated by the Personal Data Law.

4. Principal Rights and Obligations of Subjects of Personal Data
4.1. Rights of Subjects of Personal Data:
4.1.1. To receive information related to the processing of their personal data, except in cases stipulated by federal laws. The information is provided to the subject of personal data by the Operator in an accessible form, and it should not contain personal data related to other subjects of personal data, except in cases where there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for its acquisition are established by the Personal Data Law.
4.1.2. To demand that the operator clarify their personal data, block it, or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided by law to protect their rights.
4.1.3. To require prior consent when processing personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works, and services in the market.
4.1.4. To revoke consent to the processing of personal data.
4.1.5. To appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data or in court against unlawful actions or inaction by the Operator in the processing of their personal data.
4.1.6. To exercise other rights stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Obligations of Subjects of Personal Data:
4.2.1. To provide the Operator with accurate data about themselves.
4.2.2. To inform the Operator of any clarification (update, modification) of their personal data.
Individuals who provide the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves or information about another subject of personal data without the latter’s consent shall bear responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
5.1. Last Name, First Name, Middle Name
5.2. Email Address
5.3. Phone Numbers

5.5. The data listed above is collectively referred to as “Personal Data” in this Policy.

The conditions stipulated, in particular, by Article 10.1 of the Personal Data Law are observed. The requirements for the content of such consent are established by the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
5.8.1. The User provides consent to the processing of personal data authorized for distribution directly to the Operator.
5.8.2. The Operator is obliged, within three working days of receiving the User’s consent, to publish information about the processing conditions, the existence of prohibitions and conditions for the processing of personal data authorized for distribution by an unlimited circle of individuals.
5.8.3. The transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data authorized for distribution by the subject of personal data must be terminated at any time at the request of the subject of personal data. This request must include the last name, first name, middle name (if applicable), contact information (phone number, email address, or postal address) of the subject of personal data, as well as a list of the personal data whose processing is to be terminated. The personal data specified in this request may be processed only by the Operator to whom it is directed.
5.8.4. Consent to the processing of personal data authorized for distribution ceases to be valid upon receipt by the Operator of the request specified in paragraph 5.6.3 of this Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data.

6. Principles of Personal Data Processing
6.1. The processing of personal data is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
6.2. The processing of personal data is limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes. Processing of personal data incompatible with the purposes of data collection is not permitted.
6.3. Combining databases containing personal data processed for incompatible purposes is not permitted.
6.4. Only personal data relevant to the purposes of processing is subject to processing.
6.5. The content and scope of personal data processed correspond to the stated purposes of processing. Excessive processing of personal data beyond the stated purposes is not permitted.
6.6. The accuracy of personal data, its sufficiency, and, where necessary, its relevance to the purposes of processing personal data are ensured. The Operator takes necessary measures and/or ensures that necessary measures are taken to remove or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
6.7. Personal data is stored in a form that allows the identification of the subject of personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing personal data, unless the storage period is established by federal law, by an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor. 10. Procedures for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing of Personal Data

10.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of applicable legislation or if the subject of personal data gives the Operator consent to transfer the data to a third party for the fulfillment of obligations under a civil law agreement.
10.3. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address info@georgekini.com with the subject line “Personal Data Update.”
10.4. The period of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data was collected, unless a different period is specified by the agreement or by applicable legislation. The Operator stores personal data in a form that allows the identification of the subject of personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing personal data, unless the storage period is established by federal law, by an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor.
10.9. The termination of personal data processing may occur upon achieving the purposes of processing personal data, the expiration of the validity period of the subject of personal data’s consent or the revocation of the subject of personal data’s consent, as well as upon the detection of unlawful processing of personal data.

11. Types of Processing Activities Performed by the Operator
11.1. The Operator performs the following actions involving personal data (Collection, Recording, Systematization, Accumulation, Storage, Clarification, Retrieval, Use, Transfer, Depersonalization, Blocking, Deletion, Destruction)
11.2. The Operator performs automated processing of personal data, both with the transfer of information over information and telecommunications networks and without such transfer.

12. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
12.1. Before transferring personal data across borders, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign country to which the data is to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
